The ground rules for traveling with Safarwise

Safarwise is a trademark of Engycs LTD, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. By visiting our site or applying for membership you agree to these terms alongside any partner-specific policies shared with you.

1. Membership and applications

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Engycs LTD may decline an application based on capacity, suitability, or compliance reasons. Fees are due upfront and may include non-refundable assessments where stated.

2. Travel services

Safarwise curates journeys with audited partners. Execution of flights, accommodation, concierge, and other services rests with those partners, and their terms apply in addition to these terms.

3. Changes and cancellations

Fees for changes or cancellations depend on the supplier. We disclose costs before confirming adjustments and process refunds via the original payment method once partners release the funds.

4. Liability

Engycs LTD is not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by partners, force majeure, or regulatory actions. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question unless mandatory law states otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

All content, technology, and marks on safarwise.com remain the exclusive property of Engycs LTD. Reuse or distribution requires prior written consent.
